Yoga Time!

Collinsville Library’s Yoga Time! is a free yoga session for teens and adults. Whether you are a yoga beginner or expert, this relaxing and enjoyable event is for you. Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual exercise thought to increase health and stamina, reduce stress, and promote relaxation. Ages 16 and up.
Bring your own mat and join us Uptown from 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm.
